Ontology - Large Language Model (OntoLLM™)

The first application is Quantum Science Initiative portal for quantum scientists (and others) with accounts. The goal is to curate quantum knowledge to accelerate progress, with emphasis on ontology-based knowledge graphs. This initiative regularly meets at a) IEEE Quantum Science and Engineering conferences (presented at QSE22 and QSE23, b) SPIE Quantum (presented at SPIE Quantum West 2023), and others including the NATO Military Missiles Symposium 2023 in London and the Five-Eyes Quantum Conference in Ft. Meade, MD.

BrainSci.org

Due to the success of QuantumSci.org, another is being developed: the Brain Science Organization portal (BrainSci.org). The primary goal of BrainSci™ is the advancement of research into the cause of Alzheimer's, a devastating neuro-degenerative disease that effects everyone, even those without it, due to the huge cost to Medicare. The goal is to bring knowledge from all relevant disciplines to bear on degenerative diseases, including quantum technologies, data science, and machine learning, for use by researchers and developers, especially as it relates to the application of artificial intelligence for discovery etc.

See the announcements below.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Brain Science Knowledge Portal (BrainSci.org)

We are thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of a new groundbreaking scientific portal that is integrating knowledge of quantum technology, AI and Machine Learning, with knowledge of brain science related to neuro-degenerative diseases like Alzheimer's. Following the success of our Quantum Science Initiative (QuantumSci.org), we are expanding our footprint in knowledge curation, integration and dissemination utilizing ontology and large language models (OntoLLM).

Introducing the Brain Science Initiative
Initially BrainSci.org will serve as an invaluable resource for researchers, clinicians, data scientists, and anyone interested in the progress of neuroscience, particularly in the context of neuro-degenerative diseases. Our mission is to accelerate the pace of discovery and innovation in this critical field, with emphasis on accelerating the discovery of the cause of Alzheimer’s and means to cure and prevent it.

Powered by OntoLLM™ and DiscoveryAid™

The BrainSci.org portal is being engineered to provide unparalleled access to curated, high-quality data and research findings. At the core of these platforms is OntoLLM™ (the Ontology and Large Language Model), our technology designed to manage and integrate multi-disciplinary scientific data into a highly accessible knowledge graph.

Complementing OntoLLM™ is DiscoveryAid™, a predictive and discovery-focused AI platform specifically to streamline and accelerate the process of discovery. Both OntoLLM™ and DiscoveryAid™ are evolving to reduce operational expenses while increasing the completeness and accuracy of results.

Launch Details

Mark your calendars! The anticipated launch date for BrainSci.org is January 1, 2024. The portals will go live with partial content, and regular updates will follow. These portals use the best of AI with well-established and trusted datasets and capabilities. These platforms are designed to evolve, adapt, and grow, just like the scientific communities they serve.

We invite you to stay tuned for further announcements and features as we move closer to the launch date. Join us on this exciting journey as we break new ground in scientific research and data sharing.

We look forward to pioneering the future of science, technology and engineering, together.

Participation and Collaboration Opportunities

We are not-for-profit, providing the community with valuable information and services. We support efforts like AI for Good, and the Alzheimer’s Association. Will you join in?
